Shipping

Wrong Side of Romance hardbacks are printed on demand and fulfilled through our printing partner, Bookvault.

Because each book is printed after your order is placed, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, new releases, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been printed and dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.

For U.S. orders, most books are printed and fulfilled through Bookvault's U.S. printing partner.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. For example, a shipping method estimated at 2–5 business days does not include the time required to print your books.

You will receive shipping or tracking information when available after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that are lost, returned, or undeliverable because an incorrect address was provided may require additional shipping and/or replacement costs.

Refunds & Returns

All Wrong Side of Romance hardbacks are printed on demand specifically for your order.

For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse once an order has entered production.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books

We absolutely want you to receive the books you ordered in good condition.

If your book arrives:

• damaged during shipping;
• with a significant printing or manufacturing defect; or
• different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• your order number;
• a brief description of the problem;
• photographs clearly showing the damage or defect; and
• photographs of the packaging if the package was damaged during transit.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Minor variations that are normal to the print-on-demand manufacturing process — such as slight differences in color, trimming, alignment, or other small production variations — may not qualify as defects.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with our fulfillment partner and/or carrier to investigate.

A replacement or refund may be issued when a shipment is confirmed as lost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are submitted for print-on-demand production shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has entered production, however, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Digital Products

If digital products are offered through Wrong Side of Romance, digital purchases are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
